  
This is our immersion stage, where we ground ourselves in all those
bits and pieces so critical to our understanding of your wish.
We begin by exploring traditional avenues -- your research, your
company's strengths, and most of all, your consumers. Often, we'll
have our ethnographers interview or observe your consumers under
specific conditions to dig deeper, to gather additional insights
that may have been missed along the way.
Then we sift through other stimuli for inspiration. The journey
may lead us to future trends, marketplace innovations, emerging
technologies ... or just around the corner to the neighborhood
hardware store. Our somewhat untraditional approach guides you
along unexpected paths in search of fertile, unusual connections
that invite inspired outcomes.
